How to Use

1. Remove the pad from its individual packaging
2. Peel off the protective paper from the adhesive base
3. Attach the pad to the inside of your underwear
4. If applicable, wrap the wings around the underwear for extra security
5. Change the pad as needed — every 3–4 hours is recommended
